Fundamentals of Mindfulness

(Four Week Series)

Zoom Classes Thursdays July 9, 16, 23 & 30 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm.  This series will include the progressive teachings in a more developmental way (as opposed to the drop-in groups where Wendy weaves in various techniques and sometimes people miss a piece here or there).  The intention is to provide a foundation for practice through this class.

Another way of looking at the series is as an introductory overview of mindfulness concepts and practice, includes working with thoughts and emotions.  Learn and practice basics of mindfulness meditation to support developing a personal practice. The series includes recommendations for formal, informal and in the moment practices.  The workshop will be taught by Wendy O’Leary, M.Ed.

For more information you can find Wendy online at ww.wendyoleary.com, or on her Facebook page Wendy O’Leary, Educator, Author, Consultant.  Signup requiredSpace is limited. To signup email Wendy at woleary25@gmail.com
